Promo shoot with The Nu Waves at Riverside Studios in Dartford – I had just 30 minutes to work with this vibrant 1980’s cover band between their rehearsal and live gig at The Pelton Arms in Greenwich on Saturday night. Although the daylight was fading this didn’t faze the mood of the band who were energised and ready to play their first gig since signing Helena, as their new lead singer!
Congratulations to newly-weds, Lucas and Soo Jee who got married in the USA and returned home to celebrate with their family at home Kent. They invited my to take some post wedding portraits before all the guests arrived for a pre-Christmas party.
It was lovely to spend a couple of hours with this young woman, Emily, before she went off to University last month. Emily’s Grandmother contacted me, wanting to capture her granddaughter’s portrait at this key moment in her life, knowing that she would miss seeing her face – I can understand why! As you can see Emily is very photogenic and I’ve been able to really push the boundaries in the editing process of these pictures to produce some portraits that resemble more of a fashion shoot!!!
Fabulous fashion show featuring up-cycled clothes, embellished and adapted to new heights of grooviness, coupled with body art and glittering make up – this charity event was organised by Rosie Baggs, the inspiration behind Baggs Raggs, Brighton. Funds raised from this event will support the vital work that goes on at The Corner House, a mental health resource centre in Shoreham-by-Sea. Here are some of my favourite pictures from an evening of interactive fashion, with models mingling with the guests…
